My Tailor-Made Planning Process

1. Getting to know you

Your journey begins with the Traveler information intake form which you can find the link to at the bottom on this page. Here you share your travel preferences, interests and expectations. If you're still deciding where to go or how you'd like to travel, I'll happily help you shape the perfect itinerary.

2. Personal Travel Consultation

Once you have completed and sent me your Traveler information intake form, I will schedule a personal telephone or video consultation. This is our opportunity to get to know, discuss your travel plans in detail, explore all the important details, preferences, and expectations that will help shape your journey. Together, we’ll turn your ideas into a truly personalized travel experience.

3. Personal proposal

Based on your wishes, I prepare a personalised proposal outlining my itinerary design and booking services, together with my professional planning fee. There is still room to make some changes before I start the creating process.

4. Designing your journey

Once we move forward, and after receiving the planning fee, I begin creating your fully customised itinerary. Together, we refine every detail through several revisions until the journey perfectly reflects your vision and travel style.

5. Carefully selected arrangements

I personally coordinate and manage the selection and booking of every element of your trip, including:

• Handpicked accommodations

• Private transportation

• Expert local guides

• Exclusive excursions and authentic experiences

Working closely with my trusted local partners, I present carefully evaluated options so we can select the experiences and services that best suit your expectations.

6. Your Itinerary, Perfected

Once your personalized itinerary has been carefully created, I will present it to you for review. We will make sure every detail reflects your travel preferences, expectations, and vision for the journey. If you would like to make any adjustments, additions, or changes, we can refine the itinerary together until everything feels just right.

7. Seamless Booking & Reservations

Once your itinerary has been finalized and approved, I will take care of all reservations and bookings on your behalf. This includes coordinating with hotels, resorts, transportation providers, and other travel suppliers included in your journey.

Payment will be required in accordance with each supplier’s individual payment terms and deadlines. Some reservations may require full payment at the time of booking, while others may require a deposit with the remaining balance due at a later date. I will clearly communicate all applicable payment deadlines to you in advance, so you know exactly when payments are due.

8. Ready to travel

A few weeks before departure, you'll receive your personalised digital travel itinerary. This allows you to view your complete itinerary, reservations and travel information anytime, wherever your journey takes you.     

 

My professional planning fees vary according to the complexity of the itinerary and the number of travellers.

In addition to private journeys, I also collaborate with travel agencies, tour operators and companies to develop bespoke travel concepts, tailor-made itineraries and exclusive travel projects.
